George Torres II
George founded the company on the principles of “lets always do the right thing and how can we help others?” In 2006 George recognized an ever-growing need in the Senior Home Care Industry as he experienced this first hand when his own Grandparents were needing assistance. He truly felt this to be a calling by God to help the elderly and create job opportunities for his community. His multiple years of healthcare, long term care and financial planning experience prepared him to be a valuable resource within the industry.
His daily pray is “Thank You Lord for all my blessings, may my blessings be blessings to others.” George is truly grateful for the amazing office and field staff which River City Home Care employs and the families in which we service throughout San Antonio and the Surrounding Areas. George is proud to be actively involved with numerous nonprofit and charitable organizations which serve the community. Most importantly, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and their two amazing children.
Arthur Pike

My passion has always been to do what I can to help others. It is vital that our clients, receive quality compassionate care while maintaining a sense of independence in their own home. There is a keen awareness that no single care approach may be ideal for every individual. My background includes training in a wide range of modalities including The Dementia Care Coach, Psychology of Aging, and Fall Prevention among others. It is equally important to provide a positive, compassionate, respectful and understanding work environment for the team that goes out every day to help our clients. Our team is cognizant of our mission and is regarded as one the best in the industry.
My Educational background include a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in Psychological Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio. I’ve undergone Management training programs through Lean Six Sigma to include The Ownership Spirit.
I joined the River City Home Care team a little over 10 years ago after leaving respected career in the Banking industry. I was employed by Wells Fargo (Formally World Savings) where I served as Vice President of Retention Operations. During my 14-year tenure in banking, I had the opportunity to develop several new departments involved in Customer Relations and Employee retention efforts. Although I gained significant experience and enjoyed my years with the bank, the opportunity I have at River City Home Care to be in a role of OUTREACH and help clients remain living comfortably in their home, continues to be a truly rewarding experience just knowing I’m being of service to people.
Dora Rodriguez
Dora has over 12 years of experience working in healthcare and has been with River City Home Care since its inception in 2006. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of the Incarnate Word.
Betsy Miller
Betsy has been with River City Home Care since 2011 and started as a Caregiver with clients. Her dedication and professionalism quickly allowed her to move up into several administrative roles within the organization. She would ultimately take the role as Client Care Coordinator and helped with Billing and Payroll. In 2015 Betsy and her husband decided to relocate to his home town of Corpus Christi Texas. She was recently promoted to Vice President of Operations. She is actively involved in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with multiple ministries. Betsy is happily married and the two of them have a beautiful baby boy.
Leslie Hernandez
Leslie has been with River City Home Care since 2022. She previously has over 10 years of experience working in the medical field. Before coming to us she worked for a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Doctor who specialized in stroke and traumatic brain injury care. When she is not at work Leslie enjoys spending time and traveling with her Husband Fernando and their three dogs, whom she jokingly refers to as The Wild Things. She has recently become a homeowner and enjoys spending weekends doing home improvement projects. She also loves to soak up the sun at the beach!
Savanah Saenz
Savannah started as a Caregiver in 2018, in caring for her clients she became very close with them and the client’s family members always had amazing comments. With her commitment and hard work she soon became lead supervisor then soon after our Client Care Coordinator.
As Client Care Coordinator, Savannah manages Clients and Caregiver schedules, Billing and Payroll.
When Savannah is not in the office she loves to be around her family, her 2 children, and she also loves to watch her Dallas Cowboys play on Sunday!
Andrea Rodriguez
Andrea comes to our team with ample caregiving experience. She previously worked at a memory care unit and loved and enjoyed helping her elderly clients. Andrea is a proud Texas Longhorn mom (HOOK ‘EM!) and proud mother of 8 with 4 grandchildren! When not in the office Andrea enjoys spending time with her huge family going to the beach or spending time outdoors at a family BBQ. She lives life to the fullest and loves to laugh, after all laughter is the best medicine!
Cierra Mobley
Cierra is originally from Wyoming and raised in South Texas. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. Cierra’s favorite sport is baseball, Go Astros! She has a professional background in client services, client retention, project staffing and account management. One of the highlights of working for River City Home Care is helping connect great caregivers with great clients.
